Mini Chocolate Bundt Cakes

VEGAN/GLUTEN-FREE/REFINED SUGAR FREE

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups gluten free all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup monk fruit sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup dairy-free milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup melted vegan chocolate

Instructions

  1. To start of preheat the oven to 320F and prepare mini bundt cake pans
  2. In a large bowl whisk together the flour, cacao powder, sugar, baking soda, and baking powder
  3. Next in a bowl combine the oil, milk, and vanilla extract then pour over the dry ingredients and mix till combined
  4. Pour the batter into the bundt cake pans till about 3/4 is full and bake for about half an hour
  5. Once the cakes have baked let them cool in the pan for about 5 minutes then remove from the molds and dip in the melted chocolate
