Mini Chocolate Bundt Cakes
VEGAN/GLUTEN-FREE/REFINED SUGAR FREE

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups gluten free all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup monk fruit sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup dairy-free milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup melted vegan chocolate
Instructions
- To start of preheat the oven to 320F and prepare mini bundt cake pans
- In a large bowl whisk together the flour, cacao powder, sugar, baking soda, and baking powder
- Next in a bowl combine the oil, milk, and vanilla extract then pour over the dry ingredients and mix till combined
- Pour the batter into the bundt cake pans till about 3/4 is full and bake for about half an hour
- Once the cakes have baked let them cool in the pan for about 5 minutes then remove from the molds and dip in the melted chocolate
