Vegan Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 can aquafaba
  • 1/2 cup melted vegan chocolate
  • 1/4 cup agave syrup

  1. In a large bowl whisk the strained aquafaba with a hand mixer till the mixture becomes fluffy and peaks form
  2. Stir in the chocolate and agave syrup then pour into cups and place into the fridge to sit overnight
