Vegan Chocolate Mousse
VEGAN/GLUTEN-FREE/REFINED SUGAR FREE

Ingredients
- 1 can aquafaba
- 1/2 cup melted vegan chocolate
- 1/4 cup agave syrup
Instructions
- In a large bowl whisk the strained aquafaba with a hand mixer till the mixture becomes fluffy and peaks form
- Stir in the chocolate and agave syrup then pour into cups and place into the fridge to sit overnight
