Chocolate Doughnuts
VEGAN/GLUTEN-FREE/REFINED SUGAR FREE

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/3 cup date sugar
- 3 tbsp applesauce
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup non dairy milk
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup vegan chocolate melted
Instructions
- To start off, preheat your oven to 375F and prepare your doughnut pan
- In a small bowl stir together the milk and vinegar and set aside
- In a large bowl add the oil, sugar, vanilla, and applesauce and mix till well combined. Once incorporated mix in the milk and vinegar mixture
- Next in a separate bowl sift in the flour, cacao powder, baking soda, and salt. Pour over the wet mixture and stir till well combined
- Scoop into the doughnut pan and bake for about 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
- Let the doughnuts cool for a couple minutes before taking out of the pan and coat in the melted chocolate
