Chocolate Brownies

VEGAN/GLUTEN-FREE/REFINED SUGAR FREE

Ingredients

  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 cup date sugar
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • 2/3 cup dairy free milk
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare a brownie pan and preheat the oven to 325F
  2. In a bowl combine the banana, coconut oil, milk, and vanilla extract
  3. Add in a separate bowl the sugar, cacao powder, flour, salt, and baking soda
  4. Combine the dry ingredients over the wet and fold in the chocolate chips
  5. Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for half an hour till a toothpick comes out clean
