Chocolate Banana Muffins

VEGAN/GLUTEN-FREE/REFINED SUGAR FREE

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup agave syrup
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 cup plant milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 flax egg (1 tbsp flax meal+2 1/2 tbsp warm water)
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 2 cups oat flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F and prepare a 12 cup muffins pan
  2. In a large bowl combine the agave syrup, banana, plant milk, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla extract, and flax egg
  3. Next mix in the cacao powder and flour
  4. Pour into the prepared pans and bake for about 20 minutes till toothpick comes out clean
