Chocolate Banana Muffins
VEGAN/GLUTEN-FREE/REFINED SUGAR FREE

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup agave syrup
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 cup plant milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 flax egg (1 tbsp flax meal+2 1/2 tbsp warm water)
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 2 cups oat flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F and prepare a 12 cup muffins pan
- In a large bowl combine the agave syrup, banana, plant milk, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla extract, and flax egg
- Next mix in the cacao powder and flour
- Pour into the prepared pans and bake for about 20 minutes till toothpick comes out clean
