Easy Apple Crumble
VEGAN/GLUTEN FREE/REFINE SUGAR FREE

Ingredients
Apple layer:
- 4 small apples
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp monk fruit sugar + one tbsp oat flour
Top oat layer:
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup monk fruit sugar
- 1/2 cup dairy-free butter room temp
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 380F and prepare a dish for your crumble
- Peel and dice the apples then mix in the cinnamon, sugar, and flour, in the baking pan
- Next in a bowl combine the oat layer with the flour, cinnamon, sugar, and rolled oats. Crumble the butter into the top using a fork
- Sprinkle evenly over the apples in the dish and bake for half an hour
