Easy Apple Crumble

VEGAN/GLUTEN FREE/REFINE SUGAR FREE

Ingredients

Apple layer:

  • 4 small apples
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp monk fruit sugar + one tbsp oat flour

Top oat layer:

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup monk fruit sugar
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free butter room temp
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 380F and prepare a dish for your crumble
  2. Peel and dice the apples then mix in the cinnamon, sugar, and flour, in the baking pan
  3. Next in a bowl combine the oat layer with the flour, cinnamon, sugar, and rolled oats. Crumble the butter into the top using a fork
  4. Sprinkle evenly over the apples in the dish and bake for half an hour
