Chocolate Brownies
VEGAN/GLUTEN-FREE/REFINED SUGAR FREE

Ingredients
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 cup date sugar
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
- 2/3 cup dairy free milk
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup oat flour
- A pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips
Instructions
- Prepare a brownie pan and preheat the oven to 325F
- In a bowl combine the banana, coconut oil, milk, and vanilla extract
- Add in a separate bowl the sugar, cacao powder, flour, salt, and baking soda
- Combine the dry ingredients over the wet and fold in the chocolate chips
- Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for half an hour till a toothpick comes out clean
