Chocolate Truffles

VEGAN/GLUTEN-FREE/REFINED SUGAR FREE

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup vegan chocolate
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup (optional)
  • 3/4 cup chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan heat the coconut cream till it comes to a simmer then add in the chocolate and mix till combined
  2. Let it cool for a couple minutes then pour into a bowl and place in the fridge to set over night
  3. Scoop about one tablespoon of the mixture and roll into a ball repeating till all the dough is used
  4. Coat in the sprinkles and enjoy!
