Chocolate Chip Cookies

VEGAN/GLUTEN-FREE/REFINED SUGAR FREE

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup agave syrup
  • 1/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. To start off preheat the oven to 350F and line a baking pan with parchment paper
  2. Mix the flour, peanut butter, and agave syrup till a dough is formed and then gently fold in the chocolate chips
  3. Roll into a ball placing onto the baking pan and flatten down to a circle shape of the size you would like your cookies to be
  4. Place into the preheated oven and bake for bout 10 min
