Chocolate Truffles
VEGAN/GLUTEN-FREE/REFINED SUGAR FREE

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1/4 cup vegan chocolate
- 2 tbsp agave syrup (optional)
- 3/4 cup chocolate sprinkles
Instructions
- In a saucepan heat the coconut cream till it comes to a simmer then add in the chocolate and mix till combined
- Let it cool for a couple minutes then pour into a bowl and place in the fridge to set over night
- Scoop about one tablespoon of the mixture and roll into a ball repeating till all the dough is used
- Coat in the sprinkles and enjoy!
