Caramel Chocolates
VEGAN/GLUTEN-FREE

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup vegan chocolate
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 coconut cream
- 2 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
- First melt down the chocolate in a microwave
- Grab your chocolate molds or small paper cups (the recipe makes about 10 chocolates on average depending on the size) and using a pastry brush or teaspoon spread the chocolate along the bottom and sides of the molds leaving about 1/4 left of the chocolate to cover the top at the end
- Then put the molds to cool for a bit and after let it settle in the fridge while you make the caramel sauce
- Next add the sugar to a saucepan and mix till melted over a medium heat (be careful to not burn the sugar)
- After the sugar has dissolved take it off the heat and add in the cream and coconut oil then start to mix till incorporated
- Transfer the caramel to a bowl and let it cool down completely before you start to add it to the chocolate
- Once the caramel has cooled take your molds out and add the caramel to each one filling bout 3/4 of it
- Take the remaining chocolate and cover the top scraping off the leftovers and place it to cool again before taking it out of the molds
